• Booking and Reservation:

  Booking requests can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly. All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation of the reservation is provided upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed upon. Customers must provide accurate information during the booking process, including personal details, rental period, and any special requirements. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Rental Requirements:

  Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old Additional drivers must be registered and approved in advance, with their valid driver's licenses provided. The use of the rented vehicle is restricted to the geographical area of Goa unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payment and Fees:

  Rental charges are calculated based on the agreed-upon rate per day or as per the rental agreement. Additional fees may apply for services such as late returns, cleaning, refueling, or damage to the vehicle. Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, cash, or other agreed-upon methods. Customers are responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

• Insurance and Liability:

  All rental vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, with coverage details provided in the rental agreement. Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost for enhanced protection. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

• Vehicle Usage and Restrictions:

  The rented vehicle should only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement. Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road activities. Smoking and the transportation of pets are prohibited in the rental vehicles. Any mechanical issues or accidents must be reported to Automotive Car Rental immediately.

• Cancellation and Refunds:

  Cancellations made within the specified time frame may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable cancellation fees. Refunds are processed according to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.

• Acceptance of Terms:

  By making a reservation with Automotive Car Rental, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Automotive Car Rental regarding the rental of vehicles in Goa. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
